5AM Solutions is a software company that develops software products and services to support the biosciences industry. We believe that we are privileged to be a part of an industry that has the capacity to change the human condition for the better. With that privilege comes significant ethical responsibilities that must be embedded into the way that 5AM makes business decisions in terms of our products and services, our customers, our employees, our industry, and the communities in which we live and work.
Do Well
We will develop products and deliver services that, at a minimum, meet our customers' expectations, but we will always aim to exceed their expectations. To achieve this goal, we will deliver our products and services to our customers on time and according to the specifications that we agreed to upon accepting an engagement. We will explain our development processes and clearly communicate the scope and cost of any project, including future maintenance and upgrade schedules, before starting it, so that our customers will have reasonable expectations for the finished product. We will not agree to take on a project for which we lack the requisite skills and knowledge.
Be Good
5AM Solutions prides itself on its collegial, collaborative, and creative working environment.
